Jaipur police to arrange cybercrime consciousness events

Jaipur: City Police will hold a Cyberrime awareness program from Monday.
Additional Commissioners, Crime, Ajay Pal Lamba told TII, that the webinar would be held throughout the month to share tips to prevent cyber fraud.
“We will focus primarily on people who are victims of cyber scammers,” he said.
DCP crime, Ingant Anand told TII that besides cyber experts, the webinar will also be attended by police personnel.
Five held for US student dupming: Police damage the fake call center racket operating from three cities suspected of deceiving US students by promising to provide assistance on their education loans.
The police also arrested five accused identified as Ajeet Verma, Vaibhav Gupta, Ishwar Singh, Gaurav Sharma, and Rahul Sisoydiya.
Police said that the investigation was taking place into this case and the Cyber police station was investigating this problem.
