Jaipur: The city police on Friday filed Chargesheet within 24 hours after a two-year-old girl was suspected of being raped by her small neighbor.
Additional Police Commissioner (crime) Ajay Pal Lamba said that the police took quick action in this case because of honesty, and handed the chargesheet before the local court in the shortest possible time.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Harendra Kumar told TI that Fir was registered at the Sanganer police station conscious on Thursday, and the investigation was ordered as soon as the police knew about the incident.
“We submit a chargesheet quickly in this case so that it can act as a deterrent on such a cruel violation,” he said.
Officials said that the police team fanted himself in several fronts as soon as they learned about the incident.
Sho day Om Singh said that medical tests by the medical council were carried out immediately, followed by other procedures needed, including recording statements for investigations.
The small boys were immediately detained by the team so his relatives could not suppress witnesses to change their statements.
An official said that the police team provided security to one of the witnesses in this case.
When the police found that the boy was underage, they sent another team to his school to speak with the principal, looking for a record for age verification.
Even though the school was closed that day, the police spoke to the principal and received documents from him.
According to the police, the girl was washing dishes outside the house when the boy allegedly raped the girl.
He escaped from the scene and then detained by the police.
“The whole process is completely completed due to coordination between different institutions.
All teams perform their duties in a way that is bound to time,” Harendra Kumar said.
Police Jaipur said that they hoped to adopt a similar process as well as other vile violations.
