Jaipur: Jaipur District Education Officer has sent seven letters to two private schools in the city for allegedly harassing parents at school fees.
However, there are no actions that have been taken so far.
According to parents, officers did not ask or further steps not taken to school because they did not follow the rules set by the government amid a pandemic for cost collection.
The parents’ association has met officers to ask about follow-up and are guaranteed for the same thing.
Manish Vijayvargya, the Conveyor of Abhibhavak Ekta Sangh, said, “The parent has given a written complaint to the top education department officers, the order for investigation of this complaint was also issued by officials, but even after months passed, there were no actions taken by school.
We have met Deo Ravindra Kumar, looking for actions against our complaints or there is no point in complaining to officials.
“Complaints submitted by allegations of parents that one private school refused to provide a transfer certificate to a student because he could not pay fees.
Parents from children have written that because of a pandemic, he cannot pay full fees but the school does not consider it and refuse to give TC.
Other parents accused that the cost committee was formed without consulting with parents in any case and without following the Guidelines for the Rajasthan cost Law.
Replying to the allegations of parents, Kumar said, “About seven private schools are given a notice.
We are waiting for a report to arrive, we will send reports to the Directorate of Education, Bikaner Physical class.
This is contrary to government norms.
