Jaipur: Three buildings are sealed due to lack of Fire NOC

Jaipur: Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation (JMC) on Saturday sealed three commercial companies not to buy fire without an objection certificate (NOC).
The action was taken after issuing notifications to violators.
The Corporation sealed the OK Tower at Ajmer Road, Gulabi Nagar Restaurant near Collectrate Circle and Vishal Mega Mart.
An official said, “Operational commercial companies without getting the API NOC.
We have identified more violators and actions will be taken against those who do not hold on to the norm.” The JMC-Heritage Fire Department has identified more than 2,000 commercial traits in cities that do not have Fire NOC.
Despite some warnings in the past, most of the commercial buildings in the city did not have an NOC fire.
Now, JMC-Heritage has started this campaign that will continue until next month where the notification will be served for commercial building owners.
A wing fire officer said, “We have sent more than 600 notices to various commercial building owners.
In addition, we also make people aware of the importance of Fire NOC.
If all the building owners deposit the amount of API NOC, it is expected to provide more than RS 50 Crore income to the corporation.
