Jaipur: With the number of e-rickshaws on city streets increasing, the police finally woke up with traffic obstacles caused by vehicles everywhere.
DCP (traffic) Shweta Dhankar told Tii that the police held a series of meetings with the driver and set a “left lane” driving to ensure that they did not prevent the movement of vehicles on the busy market road.
He also said that efforts were made to arrange e-rickshaws.
“Uniforms will be approved for e-rickshaw drivers,” he said.
