Jaisankar said the code of ethics in the South China Sea must be in accordance with international law

New Delhi: Minister of External Affairs (EAM) S Jaishankar on Wednesday at the 11th Puncak East Asia Summit (EAS) highlighted the growth of the convergence of approaches in the Indo-Pacific region among various countries.
Without giving Chinese names, the Minister stressed that the code of ethics in the South China Sea must be fully consistent with the United Nations Convention on Sea Law (UNCLOS).
