Srinagar: Two Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists allegedly broke into police houses J & K police and rain bullets on their wives and daughters in the verinag area in the district of Anantnag Kashmir Selatan, officials said.
Then in Tweet, the Kashmir Zone police confirmed that the attack was carried out by JEM operators.
“According to eyewitnesses, Mufti Altaf Jem was identified as an attacker,” Tweet reading.
The duo of the children was critically injured in the attack and shifted to Anantnag District Hospital for temporary care the area was corrected.
Injuries have been identified as Nahida Jan and his daughter Mahida.
Nahida’s husband, Constable Sajad Ahmad Malik, posted in a cockernag in South Kashmir.
But it was not yet known whether he was at home during the attack, police said.
