Srinagar: In the midst of criticism that the National Conference proposal for the restriction commission in Jammu echoed the demands of BJP, the President of the Farooq Party Abdullah on Sunday said the problems in two union areas were different from each other.
Speaking to reporters after paying a flower wage to his mother Akbar Jehan on his mausoleum on the opportunity for the 21st birthday of death, Abdullah said various problems projected by the JAMMU unit should not be worried.
“Your hour has a separate problem, while Kashmir has a separate problem.
Why are you worried?” The NC President told reporters when asked about criticism by several quarters that party proposals to commissions at Jammu echo the demands of BJP in framing new criteria to limit constituencies.
In a reply to the question of the situation in Afghanistan and whether it would have an impact on Kashmir, Abdullah said he prayed to God to bring peace to the country.
“Afghanistan is a separate country.
May God bring peace there and do anything right for the people there.
I can’t say something more than this because I have no relationship with Afghanistan,” he said.
Previously, Abdullah, along with his son and Vice President of NC Omar Abdullah and other senior leaders of the party paid the flower tribute at the Musoleum Begam Akbar Jehan – Wife Founder of NC Sheikh Mohamm Mohammad Abdullah.
NC leaders also offer special prayers there.
