Jammu: To monitor suspicious activities, in addition to facilitating people, Jammu police on Thursday launched hotel guest registration and Sarthi tenant application, and Portal.
Additional Police Director General (ADGP), Jammu Zone, Mukesh Singh launched an application at the Zonal Police Headquarters here.
Jammu SSP Chandan Kohli, SP (North) Mohita Sharma and SP (South) Deeppre Digra is present on that occasion.
“The hotel guest registration application will allow registered hotels and guest houses to send guest notes in real-time to the district police.
This will help in detecting suspicious occupants and facilitating cases of case,” said a police spokesman.
The Sarthi tenant application and portal are launched with the aim of digitizing the process verification process, minimizing documents and maximizing data usage with easier access, spokesman said.
