New Delhi: Delhi High Court on Friday issued a notification to the police Delhi in an anticipatory assurance request submitted by Bhupinder Tomar aka Pinky Chaudhary, who was Hindu President Rakshak Dal, in a case related to alleged inflammatory slogans in Jantar Mantar.
However, Judge Mukta Gupta refused to provide temporary protection for Chaudhary.
The court has set September 13 as the next date of hearing.
In his request it was submitted through Wisnu Shankar Jain’s advocate, Chaudhary had also challenged the court order that rejected anticipatory guarantees in cases related to alleged inflammatory slogans in Mantar.
The court hearing has stated that this country is not a Taliban state and the rule of law is the principle of our holy and multi-cultural society.
Additional Antil Anil Judge Session While rejecting anticipatory guarantee request from Chaudhary, said, “We are not the Taliban of the State.
The rule of law is the principle of the holy government in plural and multi-cultural society With tolerant and self-centric, confidence.
” The court hearing observed that the involvement of the defendant Chaudhary in this case the excellent facie of the material was placed before; serious charges and severe alleged violations in nature.

History is not immune in which the incident has blazed communal tensions that lead to riots and cause mental losses and assets from the general public.” The court noted that investigations in this case were in the early stages and several defendants escaped and avoided legal processes.
Police Delhi on August 10 has arrested six people – Ashwani Upadhyay, Vinod Sharma, Deepak Singh, Vineet Bajpai, Preet Singh, Deepak Kumar in connection with the inflammatory slogan near Jantar Mantar recently.
On August 11, Advocate Ashwani Upadhyay was released with a guarantee.
