New Delhi: Housing sales in Delhi-NCR in the first half of 2021 more than doubled compared to the appropriate period of last year, according to a report by Knight Frank, showing the market is still busier despite the second wave of the months when the pandemic is damaged.
Housing sales in Delhi-NCR recorded an increase of 111% year-to-year in January-June 2021 – 11,474 units sold compared to 5,446 units in the same period in 2020.

In Delhi-NCR, Gurgaon witnessed a real increase in the sale of new homes.
The market share increased from 27% in the first half of 2020 to 32% this year.
