Japanese police found Uganda Ighlifter missing from the Olympic camp

Tokyo: A Uganda Weightlifter has been found four days after he disappeared from the Olympic training camp in Japan leaving a note that he wanted to find a job, said the police on Tuesday.
The loss of Julius Ssekitolcho came during high public concerns over the risk of Coronavirus when thousands of foreigners arrived for the match.
“Today, the man was found in noodle prefecture without injury and there was no involvement in any crime,” Osaka police officer, who refused to be named, told AFP.
“He brought his own ID and identified him.
It is uncertain to whom we have to send the person – a team or embassy.” The alarm was raised on Friday after the Ssequence failed to appear for the Coronavirus test and not in the hotel room.
The 20-year-old children recently discovered that he would not be able to compete in the Tokyo match, which was open on Friday, because of the quota system.
A record found in his room asking his belongings to be sent to his family in Uganda, according to officials in the city of Izumisano in Osaka Prefecture, where the team was practicing.
The police said Ssekitolcho had traveled to Nagoya in Central Japan and then to the nearest Gifu Prefecture, before moving south to noodles.
“He was found in a house belonging to people who had a relationship with the man.
He did not offer resistance.
He spoke frankly.
We still asked him about his motives,” Police Officials said.
When the Uganda delegation arrived in Japan last month, a coach was tested positively on arrival, with other delegation members also tested positive later.
The case of the virus rose in Tokyo, which was under emergency, and there was severe supervision in Japan the risk of infection associated with the game.
Athletes and other Olympic participants are subject to strict rules including regular testing and restrictions on their movements.
