Lawyer Javed Akhtar has submitted an application that is looking for a problem of an arrest warrant against Kangana Ranaut, after he missed the trial in the case of defamation.
The court despite deciding to keep this application until the next hearing to allow Kangana to recover and appear in front of the court.
Speaking of today’s development in court, lawyer Akhtar Jay Bharadwaj told Etime, “MS Kanganana Ranaut does not appear in court today and his advice moves applications that are looking for exceptions to symptoms such as Covid.”
Bharadwaj added, “The medical certificate suggested a break from September 14 to September 16, but the certificate has not signed by the patient so that we object to it and apply for an unstrangeable warrant.”
But Kangana’s advisor stated that he would be positively present in the court next week.
Bharadwaj said, “In that case, let him appear in court on Monday.
The application of an underspertible warrant can be fulfilled until then so that the liberation is given for today with a warning that if he does not appear on the next hearing date, the warrant must be issued Against and our application for the issuance of a warrant has continued to be delayed until the next hearing on September 20.
”
