Chennai: DMK MLA G V Markandyan on Monday revealed disappointment over Minister of Tamil Nadu M K Stalin failed to keep his promise to accelerate the investigation of the condition of the former minister of Jayalalithaa.
Speaking in the State Assembly, the legislator filed an appeal to CM to accelerate the justice of Arumughaswamy’s investigation commission investigating the death of Jayalalithaa.
“I asked for their name (aiadmk) to fulfill the promise of the polls immediately and resulted in the earliest court error,” Markandyan said in a sarcastic vein during the debate about the revised budget and agricultural budget for 2021-22.
Incidentally, Markandyan joined DMK in October 2020 and was revealed in the election of Vilathikulam for the April Assembly election.
According to Markandeyan’s statement, Deputy Opposition Leader AIDMK O Panneerselvam said opposed the assembly rules to discuss the things he said.
