Patna: JD in power (U) maintains the seat of the Assembly of Kusheshwar Astan and Tarapur in the election held on October 30.
The results were announced on Tuesday.
Minister of Nitish Kumar’s Chairman congratulated his party’s candidate about their victory.
“The highest people in democracy,” he said.
At Kusheshwar Astan, Aman Bhushan Hazari defeated RJD’s Ganesh Bharti at 12,698 votes by collecting 59,409 votes against 46,891 surveyed by the closest rival.
The chair has fallen in vacancy after the death of Shashi’s secure father Bhushan Hazari, who has won in 2020 with a smaller margin.
Anju Devi Party Lok Jansakti (RAM Vilas) Usage with 5,623 votes, before Atirek Kumar Congress, who gets 5,602 votes.
Atirek is the former son of Mla Ashok Ram.
In Tarapur, it is a difficult battle between JD candidates (U) Rajeev Kumar Singh and RJD Arun Kumar is valid until the final round.
But Rajeev beat Arun with a margin of 3,821 votes with 78,966 polls against 75.45 votes RJD nominee.
Congress has deployed Rajesh Kumar Mishra, who only thought of 3,670 votes and finished all fourth after LJP candidate (RAM Vilas) Kumar Chandan, who got 5,350 votes.
