Jaipur: On the first 12-lajur road in the city between Gopalpura bypass and Gujjar Ki Thadi, Jaipur’s development authority is ready to start training to issue commercial rental acts.
At this 9 km stretch, the Civic body will issue a commercial rental deed to all stores.
A official at JDA said, “We have developed a special redevelopment plan.
In accordance with the construction of the rules of 2020, commercial rental acts will be released on this road.
However, before this, objections and suggestions will be sought from the general public.
Following this, the proposal will be sent to The Minister of UDH for the final approval.
“(JDA) last year announced to issue a Deeds Rent (Patta) to a commercial company located in 21 main roads of the city.
The pilot project will start from Jalan Gopalpura.
These roads, including Jln Marg, Tonk Road, Sikar Road will be developed accordingly, after preparing a planned zonal development.
A official said, “Commercial activities have occurred on these main streets.
JDA will prepare a plan that will include parameters such as stores, road links, parking, high and more.
The decision was taken in the Building Plan Committee (BPC) and implementation Immediately done.
“JDA plans to get Rs 1,000 Crore income after issuing lease acts to these companies.
Because there are only two cutting roads and no parking lots in Gopalpura, JDA also plans to build a parking area and bridge.
A official said, “The direction has been given to identify land parking because it will be needed for commercial areas decomposed.” Given the traffic congestion, the road is built as a complete entrance and no parking space is made in a 10 km stretch.
“A 2,84m path was built for pedestrians.
Now, there is no room on the trail because the shops have penetrated the area.
In addition, without parking, cars parked carelessly.”
