New Delhi: Mark who meets the requirements to be eligible for JEE (continued), the entrance test to enter the IITS, has registered a three-year low in all categories, according to the cut-off announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
A total of 2.5 Lakh candidates from Jee (Main) have been eligible for JEE (continued).
The qualification percentile for the unreserved category was 87.9 this year compared to 89.7 in 2019, while for OBC, it was 68 to fight 74.3 in 2019.
Cut-off for the EWS category fell from 78.2 in 2019 to 66 , 2 years.
Cut-off qualifications for SC and ST too down substantially to 46.8 and 34.7 each against 54 and 44.3 in 2019.
Registration for Jee (continued) starts on Wednesday and the exam is scheduled for October 3.

More than 4.1 Lakh candidates were registered for all four cycles and 2.5 lakh appeared in all four jee (main) – February, March, July and August-September.
Of the 44 candidates who scored 100 percent, only six of the February exams while 13 candidates increased their score to 100 percentiles in their second efforts.
Harsh Haryana scored 72.5 and 62.8 percentiles in two first attempts before scoring 100 percent in the third attempt.
Harshel Santosh Swain from Odisha scored 23.5, 11 and 23.7 in three first attempts before printing 99.9 percent.
Overall, 250 candidates, who were in 99 and above the percentile bracket, increased their score by taking the test several times with the majority of them appeared to take all four attempts.
The main results of JEE were announced late Tuesday with Delhi and Telangana graphics topping with 7 candidates for each score of 100 percentiles, followed by Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh (six each) in the list of 44 top scorers.
While five of the 100 percentile scorers came from Maharashtra, there were two of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Punjab and one of Karnataka, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Chandigarh and Gujarat.
Four Girls-Kavya Chopra, Bakshi Garigi Makard, Komma Shinya and Pal Aggarwal from Delhi, Maharashtra, Telangana and Up – are among 100 percentile goalscorers.
Among 44 top scorers, four candidates each came from the category of Gen-EWS and OBC-NCL which scored 100 percent.
