Greater Noida: The National Commission for Women (NCW) on Tuesday wrote to the police chief, demanding an immediate arrest of a brutal rapist of a 55-year-old woman in the field in Jiwar on Sunday and leaving her with a broken womb.
One in four named men in FIR was arrested.
Around 7 in the morning on Sunday, the woman went to the field in the village of Jewar to cut the straw when the four men were allegedly threatening it with her own crescent and take turns to rap.
The doctor at the hospital where the woman was accepted must carry out emergency operations in the uterus to stop heavy blood flow.
The relatives of the woman said bottles of liquor and soft drinks were lying around the field where the woman was believed to be raped by a gang.
The main defendant, Mahendra, and his two friends were still great.
Fourth allegations, Devdutt, were arrested on Monday.
The female family member said the police did not blew the names of the other accused.
“We asked for the name of the police, but they refused to share details.
We have learned that the man who was arrested had told the police that he did not know the others,” said the brother-in-law of the woman.
The additional commissioner of Love Police Kumar said they would divulge the details of this case until they were investigated.
However, a brutal attack brought back memories of other crimes that rocked the village in 2016.
A 20-year-old woman was found killed in the fields.
The two men accused killing him to get a guarantee after spending a year in prison.
Many villagers who have protested with the woman’s body were booked too.
Even though his family claims that the woman was raped, the autopsy had put it aside.
“While the defendant came out with a guarantee, our friends and other villagers still faced trial in the case of nesting against us for blocking traffic during protests,” said the female father.
Dilip Kumar, officers who are still investigating this case, a Chargesheet said was submitted against the defendant.
“This is an old case.
One does not remember all the details.
However, there are certain aspects of the investigation that cannot be disclosed.
There are too many disputes around it,” he added.
