JAMSHEDPUR: Two people were arrested on Sundays for allegedly raping a 24-year-old woman in Jamshandpur at Jharkhand, police said.
The incident occurred at Garib Nawaj Colony in the Jugsala police station area, they said.
People who were forcibly accused of entering the house and allegedly raped the woman, who was married, police said.
The arrests were made within a few hours after the incident and a registered case, they said.
The defendant was a resident of the same colony, he added.
Investigation of the ongoing incident, police said.
