Jharkhand allows visitors in religious places, offline classes

Ranchi: The Jharkhand government on Tuesday allows the entry of visitors to religious places, including the famous Baidyanath Dham temple in Deoghar and is permitted to establish a Puja Durga Pandal subject to the Covid-19 protocol compliance.
The government also allows offline classes to all undergraduate and graduate classes in universities.
Offline classes have been allowed from grade 6 to 8 in schools, while all sports activities are allowed to be arranged without spectators.
The bar and restaurant were allowed to open until 11pm, according to the decision taken at the Jharkhand State Disaster Management Authority meeting under the leadership of the Head of the Minister of Hemant Soren.
“Permissions have been given to the entry of worshipers in all religious places.
This will be mandatory for people who care (priests, pandas, priests, pastors etc.) in religious places to take at least one vaccination dose,” said Soren on Tweet after meeting .
He said in one hour a maximum of 100 people will be able to enter using e-pass religious places identified by district judges such as the Temple of Baba Dham in Deoghar.
People are allowed to gather in religious places, as long as they are gather than 50 percent of the capacity of the place.
The entry of under 18 years will be banned.
Covid protocols such as keeping social and wearing masks have been made mandatory.
“Permit has been given for the development of Puja Durga Pandal, but there will be a prohibition of climbing in it.
There will be a ban on a meeting of more than 50 percent capacity or more than 25 people (which are lacking) at the point.
There will be a ban on organizing exhibitions and maximum height Idol will be 5 feet, while there will be no payday or receipt gate, “Soren said in another tweet.
The statement from the Secretariat of the Minister of Chief said that the pandal will not be permitted based on any theme and will be covered from three sides.
Also ‘Bhog’ (Prasad) will not be distributed.
In addition, the Puja Organizing Committee will not provide invitation cards and the use of bright lighting in the pandal will be limited, he said.
The statement said all cultural programs such as Garba and Dandiya show would be banned.
There will be no food kiosk and no soaking procession after puja.
“Soaking will be carried out in a place identified by district administration,” added the statement.
