By Chandrajit Mukherjeeranchi: Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) begged again with the Jharkhand High Court on Friday for more time to come out with “new facts” in the murder of the Dhanbad judge here on Friday.
Appearing in front of the Chair of the Division of the Chairman of Dr.
Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad, CBI Counsel informed that the agency had used 200 people in the past few months to explore the conspirator responsible for the Uttam Judge Anand.
The CBI popped up with new information after Bench Division stated its dissatisfaction with the rate of delay in the investigation.
The High Court has several previous dates expressing displeasure by means of investigations carried out by the Premier Investigation Agency.
The High Court has posted this problem to hear again on January 14, directs the agency to provide a written statement about new developments as informed to the judges.
Uttam Judge Anand, Judicial Judicial Officer Ranking District Judges, was run by the Autorickshaw which moved on the morning of July 28 last year.
Anand was in the morning who used to walk when auto hit him and dropped it.
The entire incident was captured directly on the CCTV camera installed by the Dhanbad district administration at Randheer Chowk where the incident occurred.
The news had shook the judiciary throughout the country because there was no sitting judge who was once removed by planned murder.
The High Court has monitored this case from the start and has kept a close tab on the investigation carried out by the CBI.
