Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren recommended the CBI Probe to the death of Judge Dhanbad

Ranchi / Sindri: Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren on Saturday gave a nod to recommend the CBI investigation into the death of the Additional District Dhanbad Judge Uttam Anand, a day after the family members of the deceased met him at the official residence in Ranchi.
Previously, the leader of BJP Babulal Marandi demanded the CBI probe into alleged murder and seek the elimination of Dhanbad SSP Sanjiv Kumar for “reduction in law and order in the district”.
The Marandi office in Ranchi issued a statement in this matter and urged Soren to see his demands.
Probe by a special investigation team led by ADG Sanjay Anand Lathkar is being monitored directly by Jharkhand HC and his team is strict about the probe development.
The source said the authorickshaw driver and passengers were reported to be to the police that they had hit the judge while driving in a drunk condition.
Based on their statements and CCTV footage, sitting on Saturday recreate the crime scheme and map the entire place with the help of experts.
