Ranchi: Eid-ul-adha is celebrated with traditional spirit on Wednesday even though most worshipers offer prayers at home and maintain social distance while interacting with friends and acquaintances.
Namaz is offered at the leading mosques of the city, including Ekra Mosque, Pathalkudwa Mosque, Badi Mosque, Chandni Mosque, Taslim Mosque, Ahle Hadif Mosque and Shia Mosque but the presence of revelers is much smaller than in previous years.
Fair Rashid, a reveler, said, “We call local scholars at home to help us offer prayers.
Our family members and some neighbors do rituals in one place.
