Ranchi: The deck has been cleaned for the appointment of four new judges in the Jharkhand High Court.
Notification by additional secretaries, the Ministry of Law and Justice, Rajinder Kashyap, released on Wednesday mentioned the names of Gautam Choudhary, Ambuj Nath, Navneet Kumar and Sanjay Prasad were appointed as high court judges.
Notification signed by Kashyap has told the approval of the president who appointed the new judges who were senior maniaris officers in this country.
Notifications have been received by Raj Bhavan in the capital and also by the Jharkhand High Court.
The source said the appointment of the new judges would be carried out immediately after the warrant was received from Raj Bhavan.
New judges are expected to take their oath on October 8.
