Jharkhand Govt Introduces Universal Pension Schemat

Ranchi: The month before the second anniversary of the JMM-Congress-RJD coalition, the State Cabinet on Friday decided to introduce a universal pension scheme by bringing amendments needed for retirement rules regarding female recommendations, children’s development and social security departments.
After the amendment, retirement will be universally available to everyone who qualifies with two exclusion categories.
Someone is 60 years old, every person or widow is special above the age of 18 years and those who are entitled to retire under other categories will now be excluded only if the recipient or direct family member is a receiving income tax or if the benefits or family members are permanent employees of the business Country, center or public sector.
Amendments have been introduced in a pension scheme that is sponsored centrally under the National Social Assistance Program and the Social Security Pension Scheme operated based on the State Plan.
In another decision, the Council of Ministers gave sanctions RS 636 Crore to strengthen health infrastructure to combat Covid-19.
The Council of the Council’s approval will open the way for the Commissioning Covid-19 test center and the Pediatri Covid-19 Covid-19 ward in rural areas.
The 11 member cabinet also approved the Mukhyamantri Swasthya Sahayata New Yojana.
This scheme will provide one-time financial grants to people from the SC, ST and OBC communities if they lose their ability to get their livelihood due to illness.
Senior citizens will benefit once up to rs 10,000 while those under 60 years will benefit from Rs 5,000.
The cabinet also gave its approval to the Department of School Education and the state literacy proposal to provide free textbooks to grade 9 and 10 students in all government schools.
It also approved a proposal to provide bicycles for all government school students.
Previously, the money for cycles was provided for school children through direct benefit transfers.
In another decision, the Cabinet approved a proposal to extend the contract of all contractual teachers in government schools until July 7, 2022 and extend the service period of the doctors in state health services in the age of six months next year.
The cabinet also agreed to a proposal to climb the wealth of state government employees of 7% and gave inclusive sanctions 64 beneficiaries of the Sona Sona Sobhran Sobhran Dhoti Saree which was sponsored by the state.
It also provides a nod in amendments 14 regulations from various departments, including the Department of Industry, Personnel, Ministry of Animal Husbandry and Development of Milk, Commercial Tax and others.
