New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday said Jharkhand High Court Maktice will monitor the weekly progress made in the CBI probe into the allegedly cut judge by the vehicle on July 28 in Dhanbad, and observed that the closed cover report from the central body did not contain many details.
The head of the Chief Justice and Ramana and Judge, Suggestions and Surya Kant asked the CBI to submit a report every week with a high court where the bench led by the main justice will monitor it.
