Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court directed the state government on Thursday to submit Affidavit and explained why the Binay Mahto Murder case was not submitted to the CBI.
Mahto, a class IV Sapphire School student, was found in a pool of blood outside the teacher’s quarter at the school campus on the night of February 5, 2016.
Binay’s father Mahto had knocked down the doors of the High Court who was looking for independent.

The initial investigation by the police revealed that the involvement of Nazia Hussain, a Hindi teacher, her husband Arif Ali Ansari and his children.
While teenagers have been released by the Youth Justice Council, both adults are in guarantee.
Advocates of Jitendra Singh’s manage told the high court that there was gross irregularities in investigations that revealed in the trial process.
The lower court who did the trial of calling as many as 10 others who opposed it there seemed to be a role in committing children’s murder, said Singh.
