Ranchi: Ekicrit Para-sikshak Sangarsh Morcha, the Association of the teachers of the Jharkhand, on Saturday postponed their planned agitation on November 15, the State Foundation Day, and decided to welcome the Chairman of the Minister of Hemant Soren and the Ministry of Education Jagatrat on that occasion.
The associated decision came after Mahto assured them during the meeting in the morning that the announcement of the regularization of their work would be held on December 29, which marked the second anniversary of the state government today.
During the meeting, Association members expressed hatred of the delay in implementing rules related to wages and regularizing their work.
A member of the delegation, Pradyuman Singh, said, “The minister assured that he would ensure the approval of the rules by the Ministry of Law and Finance and the cabinet on time so that the announcement was carried out on December 29.
The minister would also present his view before CM our problem on November 15.
“He further said that it was also agreed that only the teachers who had passed the teacher’s feasibility test would soon get an increase in wages while the rest had to pass the assessment exam for a payment increase.
Singh also said the minister assured that 50% ordering seats for paragraph teachers at government vacancies would not be eliminated.
About 65,000 parada teachers in the state demanded the wage to the path of their colleagues under the Bihar government.
In Bihar, trained teachers get a salary scale of Rs 5,200-Rs 20,200 per month with provisions for hybrement funds and annual improvements.
Untrained teachers get around Rs 17,000 per month.
In Jharkhand, the teachers of the teachers get between Rs 12,000 and Rs 15,000 per month.
