Jharkhand: Two was held in the case of the death of the judge

Ranchi: Two people were arrested on Thursday in connection with the case of Hit-and-Run Hakim Dhanbad Uttam Anand who died after the heavy autorickshaw crashed him, a top police official said.
The two arrests were carried out after the three-wheel recovery involved in the incident on Wednesday morning.
“We have arrested two people of Lakhan Verma and Rahul Verma involved in the incident on Thursday morning.
Rahul Verma, a resident of Digwadih, Dhanbad had been arrested from the Tempo Dhanbad holder while others were arrested from the Mangidih Police Station area in Giridih,” Sanjiv Senior Police Supervisor Kumar said.

Taking out knowing the letter submitted before a court by district judge Dhanbad’s school in this case, the chairman of the Ravi Rajan judge turned it into a written petition, and ordered the formation of a special investigation team (sitting), under the leadership of the Director General of Police Sanjay Latkar.
He further said that the Chairman of India Judge N V Ramana had spoken to Him in this matter, and expressed confidence that a fair investigation would be carried out in this case.

Health Minister Jharkhand Banna Gupta, who is also a minister responsible for the Dhanbad district, said it was inappropriate to talk about the incident without evidence.

Jharkhand Director General of Police, Neeraj Sinha, during the hearing of this case, convinced the court that the investigation would be carried out professionally and suggested the name Sanjay Lautkar as head sitting.
The court expressed displeasure for the late registration of FIR after the incident.
If at a time point it appears in court that the investigation is not towards the right direction, this case will be submitted to the CBI, said Chairman of Justice.
He asked the police to ensure that the perpetrators, if any, were punished in this case.
Not only the automatic driver, the person who hatched conspiracy must also be opened by the guise, he said.
Senior Vikas Singh Advocate, who is also the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), said the problem was in front of the APEX court during the day, and described the incident as “insolent attacks” on the independence of justice.
Singh said investigations in this case must be entrusted to the CBI as the murder of a judicial officer, apparently because it did not guarantee a gangster, was an attack on the justice system.
The Supreme Court bench from the chairman of Judge and Ramana and Justice Surya Kant, however, stated that the Chairperson of the Jharkhand High Court had taken this problem, and disruption by the APEX court at this stage may not be needed.
Singh also attended the trial in the High Court and convinced all assistance.
