Bokaro: Jharkhand Industrial Zone Development Authority (Jiada), Bokaro Region, has invited prospective investors to offer them plots to establish industries in Giridih and Sindri.
As many as six plots – three in the Giridih Industrial Area and the rest in Sindri (Dhanbad) – available for allocations, officials said.
Because Bokaro starvation of land for every new project, officials say that they are now focusing on the area adjacent under their command.
“In Giridih, Jiada is willing to distribute 1.65 hectares, split in three parts.
In Sindri, each plot will consist of 50 decimals.
Jiada has invited applications for nine plots in Giridih and Sindri.
