Jind roadblock against Tribe’s arrest

Jind: Farmers obstructed the Jind-Bhiwani country highway after authorities detained a farmer, Dalbir Singh out of Bibipur village in Jind district, for allegedly making remarks against chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on interpersonal networking.
A police team headed by deputy superintendent (DSP) Pushpa Khatri hurried to the spot in Bibipur and pacified the farmers at 2 hours, and they raised the blockade.
Farmers of Bibipur left their claws on the street and center committee members of Bhartiya Kisan Union also reached the place in help of farmers and accused of BJP authorities of using repressive steps to divide the calm agitation.
According to authorities, Dalbir Singh was reserved in two instances — one enrolled May 24 for supposedly makig remarks against Khattar and also the next one was enrolled in 2017.
In case enrolled in 2017, Dalbr was reserved under Section 124 A (whomever with words, either written or spoken, or by signs, or by visible representation, or brings or attempts to bring into hatred or contempt, or excites or attempts to excite disaffection towards, or the Government established by law in India, a will be punished by imprisonment for life) for producing comment on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and several different persons inhabiting constitutional articles.
In case enrolled on May 24, Dalbir was reserved for remarks about Khattar, under sections 506 (criminal intimidation) 505 A (whoever creates, publishes or circulates any statement or statement comprising rumour) 504 (Whoever blatantly insults, and thus gives provocation to any individual, intending or knowing it to be likely that such provocation can induce him to violate the public peace) and 294 (sings, recites or utters any obscene song, ballad or phrases, in or near any public location ) of Indian Penal Code.
Khatri said farmers had supposed that Balbir had been in police custody.
“We advised them police made him in the day on Saturday and that he had been remanded in judicial custody,” she added.
BKU Jind president Azad Singh Palwa said authorities promised to collaborate with farmers while procuring bail for Dalbir in courtroom.
“Farmers won’t tolerate police actions and they do not worry prison.
The Modi government shouldn’t be in virtually any illusion,” he added.
