Reliance Jio along with Google has launched the Jiophone Next – an affordable Android smartphone option for most 2G mobile features.
The next Jiophone comes with a price in advance of Rs 6,499 or Rs 8,800 for 2 years (EMI Minimum RS 350 per month for 18 months plus Downpay RS 1,999 and RS 501 processing fees.
This includes 5GB data and a 100-minute call per month).
If it is not the next Jiophone, the buyer has the option to choose from the cheapest Android phones from brands such as Xiaomi, Samsung, Realme and others.
This phone can also be purchased through EMI on e-commerce sites such as Flipkart and Amazon.
The cheapest Android phones that are officially sold from Xiaomi, Samsung and Realme are Redmi 9A, Galaxy M02 and Realm C11 (2021).
