NEW DELHI: The State Union Minister for the Ministry of Personnel, public complaints, retirement, Jitendra Singh on Thursday and interacted with the first 20 Indian toppers from the 2020 civil service examination here in the North Block.
Describing young officials as ‘New Indian architect’, the minister asked them to work hard in the next 25 years to make India state frontline world.
During the interaction he told them that it was a privilege for them to enter the service during the 75th year of Indian independence and they had 25 years important in front of them to serve when the independent parent would change 100.

He said that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India had been above Ascent and civil servants from the new genre having special responsibilities to take him to the top league in the global arena.
Given some broken reforms brought for young breakers and IAS officers for the past seven years, the minister said the introduction of the task of three months in the central government before going to the territory of each country or union to join the allocated cadres.
Noting that among the 20 officers present, 11 was engineers and three Medicos, Singh hoped they would add value to the work assigned to them in carrying out various special schemes and programs introduced by the Modi government in the past six-seven years.
These technocrats will be able to do justice for government leading programs in sectors such as health, agriculture, sanitation, education, skills and mobility to mention some, he added.
The minister said the training module would also undergo sea changes in Lal Bahadur Shastri National Administration, Mussoorie and other central training institutions with a new focus on a modern curriculum and an integrated approach.
Through Mission Karmayogi, the main purpose of governance is to bring “ease of life” for ordinary humans.
The minister said that in 2014 he had introduced the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) of new traditions personally invited all Indian toppers to their northern and annoying blocks and since then this tradition continues.
