SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency is putting up 30 manifold oxygen crops from the remotest villages of this Union Territory.
The World Bank-funded job under the control of JKERA will equip the wellness division round the distant corners of Jammu and Kashmir with much-needed Manifold oxygen plants to efficiently handle the Covid-19.
These plants have been especially imported from the USA and Europe and will probably be totally operational within another two to three weeks,” Syed Abid Rashid chief executive officer of ERA stated.
The job, he explained will help supply oxygen accessibility to over a 1200 hospital mattress in remotest regions of the cities that are from the significant hospitals, and for that reason can play a vital part to save lives particularly in this outbreak that he added.

Syed stated, the PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) established Manifold Oxygen Plants are advocated by the World Health Organization for treating their Covid-19 patients, who suffer with severe respiratory strain and aids in saving their own lives.
“All these Manifold Oxygen Plants having a power of 500- 250 LPMs (g per second ) are an incorporated crucial healthcare centre,” he added.
He said, there’ll be 11 plants using 500 LPM capability and 19 plants together with 300 LPM capability .
“All these Manifold Oxygen plant is going to be supplied with 24*7 electricity source with 125 KVA transformers, 150 KVA servo-stabilizers along with the other necessary wherewithal to create the plants completely functional around the clock,” Syed Abid Rashid explained.
“All these Manifold Oxygen crops have been installed 15 at Jammu branch while same amount is going to be set up in Kashmir division”
