Ranchi: A total of 238 young men from various tribal communities and the caste group scheduled to undergo skills development training in Gurukul The Prejha Foundation in Jamshedpur Regency and Khunti were handed over to the promise of meeting by Minister of Hemant Soren’s head in Ranchi on Tuesday.
Men have been employed by their recruiters with a minimum monthly salary of Rs 15,000.
Men, trained in welding, plumbing, carpentry and other technical trade, have been employed by leading companies such as Shapoorji Pallonji, Excel Automotive and Javdekar Vilas, the foundation said in a statement.
Soren handed over the promises of meeting in the ceremony held by the Department of Welfare St, SC and the Backward class at the project building auditorium in Dhurwa.
Speaking on that occasion, Soren stressed that his government was on his way to fulfill his promise to produce work for the state young people in the ongoing calendar year.
He also said that there would soon be an official announcement to fill vacancies for 700 teachers in government-managed schools.
“So far, we have recruited more than 600 doctors, giving work to 900 ANMS and nurses and 24 district sports officers.
We have, for the first time in 20 years, also gives direct recruitment to 100 sportsmen.

The Presha Foundation, which acts as a vehicle for the Special Purpose of the Jharkhand government to provide skills and work training to poor young people, claimed to have trained more than 15,000 young people throughout the state throughout the country.
