J’Khand Govt wants CBI to investigate Dhanbad’s death

New Delhi: The Jharkhand Government has recommended the Investigation Bureau Probe (CBI) in the middle of the death of Hit-and-run Dhanbad Additional District Judges Uttam Anand.
CCTV footage shows that the district and judge-8 court session Dhanbad jogging on one side of the road that was wide enough at Randhir Verma Chowk on Wednesday when heavy auto-rickshaws turned towards him, hitting the scene.
The Jharkhand High Court has ordered a sitting probe, led by the Director General of Police Additional Sanjay Latkar, after consuming a letter submitted before a court by the Dhanbad Principal District Judge in this case.
The chairman of the Ravi Judge Ranjan from the High Court has turned it into a written petition, and ordered the formation of sitting.
The High Court has stated it will monitor the probe and will look for updates from sitting from time to time.
On Friday, the Supreme Court also took Suo Motu’s awareness of the “terrible event” and said that the video report and clipping suggested “it was not a case of accident on the simplification road.” The top court has searched status reports within a week at the probe of Jharkhand Secretary and DGP.
Jharkhand police have arrested two people, Lakhan Verma’s car driver and Helper Helper Rahul Verma, in connection with this case.
The arrest was carried out after the recovery of the tricycle involved in the incident, the senior police supervisor, Dhanbad, Sanjiv Kumar, said, adding three-wheeled remedies from girestih registered in the name of a woman.
Chairman of the Jharkhand Minister Hemant Soren has met with Anand’s family members and told them that the state of the state was serious about investigating the problem.
CM said soon after this problem became knowledge of the government, the senior police official team was formed to solve this case.
