J’Khand speaker proposes the Nat’l youth parliament

Jharkhand Ravindra Nath Mahto speakers have been nominated as a member committee of members at all Indian officer conferences.
He is one of the seven other speakers from the country covering Rajasthan’s C P Joshi, Meghalaya’s Metah Lyngdoh, Girish Gautam Madhya Pradesh, MPPAVU and Bissyjit Daimary of Assam.
Mahto discussed the 82nd conference at Shimla on Wednesday and highlighted some of the achievements of the Jharkhand Assembly in addition to proposing to accommodate the National Youth Parliament here.
Quotes from his statement.
Our founding father we discussed our extraordinary constitution that paved the way for democratic India.
We must not forget that millions of men and brave women struggle for our beloved independence.
As an institution, the legislature has maximum responsibility to enforce democracy in our country.
We have witnessed a consistent trend over the years that the period of the legislature has been reduced highly compared to the beginning of the Indian independent decade.
The legislature is an important pillar of the nation’s foundation.
Reduction of legislative function may not be good for the overall status and roles that should be played by the legislature in the nation building.
As a selected representative, our main responsibility is to the state community that has sent us to the legislature to work to ensure the progress of our community and country.
Jharkhand legislative assembly, in a short range of 21 years, has submitted various examples of innovation in parliamentary practice.
The question of the minister’s chairman is one of the innovations where members can ask questions about direct policy issues to the Minister of Chief.
The non-touched question committee has been formed to take questions that cannot be asked on the floor of the house due to lack of time.
The allowance for the Government Guarantee Committee was also made to look into the guarantee made on the floor of the house.
The benefits of this innovation are clearly felt by members in asking questions of public interest and leading them to the top of the final kulginination.
As a speaker, I have set three priorities – to take advantage of the maximum session time, making it more efficient and productive.
For this purpose, regardless of other efforts, we also try to apply e-Vidhan in our assembly as early as possible.
Efforts are being carried out by my secretariat in this direction and we get the support needed from the central and state government.
I have also decided to bring home processes and other assembly activities before lay people.
Considering this goal, I have started Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha TV on YouTube and I am constantly trying to make it better and more profitable for people.
I have also decided to make our young generation more aware of our parliamentary procedures, so that on the one hand they will have greater faith in the principles of our democracy, and on the other hand, it will instill the quality of leadership in it.
Towards this goal we organize Sansad Chhatra in our assembly where the house process is actually done by students.
They run an hour and the bill was introduced and authorized by their assemblies too.
To indicate the importance of the environment, the theme of the event is ‘youth for the green jharkhand’ and the bill passed by this assembly is a tree conservation bill.
This house is also gender equal to more than 50% of participants are women.
We have sent a proposal to organize all-India events starting with 10 states in the first round.
I hope we will get the approval of the speaker Hon’ble for it.
