NEW DELHI: Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has announced the results for Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination 2021 on the official website – jkpsc.nic.in.
J & K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination conducted on October 24, 2021.
About 4,544 candidates have qualified for the main examination in 2021.
The nomination of candidates for this is purely temporary.
In accordance with the rules of the examination, all these candidates have to apply again in the online application form, for J & K Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2021, which detailed notice will be published separately by the Commission.
Mains examination would hesitate to be held in the first two weeks of February 2022.

Documents to be furnished by the prospective Combined Competitive (Main) Examination
In addition to furnishing the documents may be required by the Commission, the application for the main examination will be accompanied by attested copies of the following certificates: –
a) permanent residents of the country;
b) academic qualifications;
c) The life and character;
d) Category Certificate, in the case of candidates belonging to reserved categories.
The main examination consists of a written exam and a personality test (interview).
The written examination will consist of eight papers from conventional essay type.
Candidates who have received at least as qualifying marks in the written part of the main examination which may be established by the Commission at their discretion, in one or all of the paper (My Paper to Paper VII) will be called by them to interview for personality test.
A candidate who fails to secure a minimum amount as the mark set by the Commission in their wisdom in one or more than one paper, however, does not qualify to be called for Personality Test (Interview).
Number of candidates to be called for Personality Test (interview) will not be more than three times the number of vacancies to be filled.
Personality Test (interview) will carry 250 marks (without the minimum qualifications).
Failure to appear in the interview must make an eligible candidates recommended for appointment even though the marks obtained by him in the written exam.
