Jaipur: Even though JMC-Heritage recently bought 100 new hoopers and getting more for rent, sanitation conditions in the walled city have not changed.
Board members throughout the city have complained about poor sanitation.
Arvind Mhhi, 71 Ward Board member in Kishanpole, said that when Hooper did not arrive on time and did not cover all houses in the ward, garbage accumulated on the streets.
Similar concerns were shown by Anurag Khetan, the Ward 92 resident in Adarsh Nagar Zone, who said he did not know when the hoopers arrived at the ward.
“The condition of the ward is very sad that people have to walk to avoid the garbage.
We have filed a complaint, but it doesn’t work,” said betray.
Ashish Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Sanitation at JMC-Heritage, said the corporation did all the power to make everything better.
“We have received 100 HOOPERS and assignments assigned.
Officials have been assigned to monitor Swachta Survekshan 2022 preparations and improve the situation.
If there are problems in the city regarding sanitation, we will look at it.” Shyam Sundar, a council member from Ward 91, said that since morning he began to get complaints from a garbage hooper that did not come on track.
“My Ward is very disgusting right now.
Good hoopers come on time or covering the entire area.
Sanitation workers also don’t work and exhaust channels everywhere.” TNN.
