Ranchi: Deoghar Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri received support from the party Head of the Hemant Party Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) when clothing accused the Indian Election Commission (ECI) intervene with the affairs of the state government.
Ally JMM, Congress, also supported the official.
JMM rejected the ECI’s order to remove Bhajantri from his position and urged the voting body not to issue such directions again, by quoting that it did not have the authority of the appointment or transfer of officials when the model of the behavior model (MCC) did not enter influence.
Accused ECI to work as a BJP frontal organization, JMM claimed Bhajantri nailed because he used his official strength to prevent the violation of the ACT of the Santhal Pargana Tenancy (SPT) in Deoghar, referring to a series of investigations being held against MP BJP Godda Nishikant Dubey and his wife Anamics Gautam because Allegedly buying land plots in this district.
Secretary General JMM Supriyo Bhattacharya said the reason for the EC order to the officer was surprising.
“In his seven page letter, the EC claimed that the officer filed lightning (against Dubey) was very late.
Why was silent when the first government (led by Raghubar Das) filed a shot against IPS Officer Anurag Gupta three years after the role of Horsetrading in the Sabha’s role in Sabha’s election?” Bhattacharya asks.
Bhattacharya also said the government of Mahagatbandhan LED JMM was determined to thwart all efforts to violations on the SPT law and each officer who worked towards the same goal with the ‘friend’ party, indicating that the government of Soren would continue with Bhajantri as Deoghar DC.
EC asked the Jharkhand government to remove Bhajantri after his response to the notification of the show – where he was asked to explain the reasons behind the delay in submitting five fir against Dubey for the MSc violation – unsatisfactory.
This notification was issued for Bhajantri on November 3 based on complaints by Dubey.
Madhupur Bypoll, which was held in February this year, caused JMM assistance.
Congress spokesman Rajiv Ranjan also in a statement that issued a rebuttal similar to the ECI command.
