JNU Clash: Delhi Police File against AISA, ABVP based on complaints from each other

New Delhi: The day after the clash broke out between members of the entire Indian student association (AISA) and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on the JNU campus, Delhi police have registered two firs based on complaints between the two groups on Monday.
The firs was registered after complaints between the two groups against each other after the fight for the use of the Union Students in the University for the meeting.
On Monday, the President of the JNU Student Union Aishe Ghosh accused that it was not a clash between two groups, but attacks by ABVP activists.
Separating the incident, Ghosh said, “A group at the University had ordered the Student Union Hall for the study purpose on November 11.
On Sunday, when the group opened the room, ABVP members broke into the room and told the group to empty the room because they held a meeting internally here.
When the group objected and I arrived there, they began to attack students who were present there.
This is not a clash between two groups, but an attack by ABVP.
“Meanwhile, condemning violence on campus, the JNU government, in a press release , said that violence has no place in academic institutions.
Press release said, “Has come to JNU administrative notification that last night several fights between two groups of students took place at the student activity center on campus.
The students realized that this place on the JNU campus was a common activity.
