Jodhpur: Asha Kandara, a sweeper with Jodhpur Municipal Corporation, is an excited inspiration for women in trouble.
By cleaning the race, he has proven that no one can stop you if you have the power to dream and honesty to achieve it.
Asha left by her husband was only five years after his marriage and he decided to bring up his own two children and took the sweeper work to support his parents, children and dreams.
And with this, he departed on the way to be a power that must be taken into account in the community, who treated him with insults, because of his castle, for his work and for him as a woman who wasolated.
“This all gives me the power that I have to be something in life and give answers to the community, who still distinguishes.
And this is only possible through education,” Asha said.
Asha was abandoned by her husband for only five years after his marriage and he decided to bring up his two children who were alone to get married in 1997, but it was unsuccessful and he was dumoed by his husband in 2002.
It took a long time for him to overcome the destroyed marriage and then he decided to start an educational trip.
Starting with the school level, he completed his graduation in 2016 and with the intention of finding his own land, he hesitated, appeared for the inspection for the sweeper with Jodhpur Municipal Corporation and succeeded.
“But this is only a phase.
For years it passed to hear that you were not a collector, anytime, I asked for something or demanded something.
Also the people’s eyes were insulting because my caste and work were quite unbearable”, he said.
“So, in addition to my work, I started preparations for races and tried the initial part of 2018 and when I passed, I didn’t know the difference in a day and night in preparing the last part”, he said.
Since his appearance in the last section in October 2018, he continued to wait for the results and continue to sweep the streets of the city until the results were stated on Tuesday.
“However, it is a difficult trip and I suffer a lot but now, I consider myself in a position where I want to do something for those who are less able and those who experience injustice,” Asha said with a light in his eyes.
As an achievement, he sat next to two city mayors on Thursday, where both with other officers, contained it and hoped he was in the administrative role in the same organization he worked as a sweeper.
Don’t want to talk about the phase of his volatile life, Asha said he was always advanced looking and wanted to try IAS but age was an obstacle.
