WASHINGTON: President Joe Biden is set to make a rare visit to the Congress Wednesday to increase his democratic party in historical efforts, high wire to change the United States with trillion dollars in infrastructure expenditures.
Biden, 78, was due to lunch with the Democratic Senate and, when he returned to the White House, met the Governor and Mayor of the Democratic State and Republicans to discuss “critical investment,” according to his public schedule.
The meeting came as the president and his allies stepped on the accelerator in hopes of getting two large expenditure packages passed in the next few months.
