Joe Biden tries to strengthen the option for workers with new orders

President Joe Biden plans to sign the executive command that will reduce the ability of employers to prevent workers from going to rival companies and deleting several state work license requirements that make it more difficult to land work.
This order is designed to increase workers’ leverage in the economy, increase their work opportunities and produce more competition among US entrepreneurs, someone who is familiar with the command Wednesday, insisted on anonymously from the release.
This will be a key test about whether empowering workers will cause a salary increase and fake the way for them to move to parts of the country where their skills are very popular.
It also allows Biden to be displayed in the election of the 2022 congress how democratic policies are focused on workers, the main argument because Republicans increasingly tried to limit their parties as supporting the working class.
Upcoming orders will direct the Federal Trade Commission to limit and potentially raises incompetent agreements, which have stopped workers in the industry including fast food and large technology to pay higher.
Analysis of 2019 by liberal economic policy institutions estimates that 36 million to 60 million workers can be subject to an incompetent agreement.
Orders also seek to ban work licenses that are “no need” that can hurt the power of income of military couples, skilled immigrants and former prisoners.
Requirements can limit the ability of teachers or hairdressers to move across the country’s line, while also making some money in a non-profit school to confirm the skills they already have.
About 30% of work A.S.
Requires a license, according to the 2018 FTC report.
This effort to build work began in 2015 by the Obama administration to get the country to reduce the burden of their licensing requirements.
Orders will also strengthen the guidance to the FTC and the Ministry of Justice to prevent entrepreneurs to share wage and benefit data to each other so that they can reduce worker income.
New York Times first reported Wednesday all order elements focused on workers.
It is not clear when the order will be signed.
