Joe Root hopes to end the ‘rotation policy’ in front of the Indian series

LONDON: The British Test Skipper Joe Root said that he hoped that controversial rest and rotation policies could be stored.
England is scheduled to lock the horns against India in the five-match test series starting in August.
The remaining policy and rotation were under severe inn early this year during the series against India and New Zealand.
After the five-match test series against India, England will lock horns against Australia in ash later this year, starting December 8.
“We come into the current period of time where rest and rotation is put behind us.
Hopefully if everyone is suitable, we will have our best team available for what to follow.
It was really interesting and something I was looking forward to,” The word espncricinfo quotes roots.
“We have ten very difficult test matches against two brilliant opposition that appear but this is a great opportunity for us to play strong cricket and if everyone is fit and available, we will have a good team,” he added.
Root also said that he hoped to cover XI as well as possible in the series against India and Australia.
He also revealed that it hurt him to see England not make the final of the World Test Championship (WTC).
“I want to think that, for the next five trial matches, we will try to play our strongest side or have our strongest squad for those games.
This, I think, what you do: to prepare yourself to lead this and for In particular the ash.
To ensure everyone peaked for it, and this big match, “Root said.
“Witnessing the WTC final and not being part of it, it makes you want to be part of something that is quite special like that.
We have the opportunity now to go a little further and better than we did first.
I look forward to hopefully starting with Both with the full troops of players to choose from, “he added.
It is said that British players will not be allowed to bring their families during the ash tour.
However, the British Council has asked Cricket Australia to make changes.
“I really hope the family will be in Australia.
This is a very important aspect of the tour.
With the number of crickets we get, it would be very important that it was the problem.
I can’t give you an answer.
It’s not something I know as Facts or not, but I really hope that it will happen, “said the root.
