LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson faces the main headline Wednesday when he prepares to answer the questions of parliamentarians for their new claims and the top officials violate the restrictions on liquor by holding a drink party.
Faked leaders were silent because an email leaked on Monday night which seemed to show a senior official who invited more than 100 colleagues to an outdoor event on May 2020 and pushed them to “bring your own liquor”.
Johnson and his wife Carrie allegedly attended the meeting in the garden of residence and street office, according to anonymous witnesses quoted in the media.
It was held in the midst of the country’s first tight locking, when the government ordered public public members not to meet, even outdoors, and strict restrictions were on social mixing, including in the funeral.
This claim is the latest in a similar charges, which emerged last month about Downing Street parties held during the next locking in run-up to Christmas in 2020.
The public anger extended to revelation has caused Johnson’s ranking and his decision.
Conservative to drop and trigger a call to resign him from opposition politicians.
The 57-year-old player refused to comment because the latest scandal began opening Monday, but he would be questioned by Keer Starmer Labor leader and other lawmakers on weekly parliamentary questions around noon (1200 GMT).
He previously denied knowing whether there were damaged rules at Downing Street, when he faced the main prominent week before Christmas.
But the latest accusations seem to immediately conflict with these claims.
Even the front page of the newspaper which usually returns Johnson and Tories is burdensome.
“Is the party ending for PM?” Asking the best-selling daily letter, while the Daily Telegraph headline said: “Johnson lost tory support”.
“This is my party and I will lie down if I want,” mock the Sun tabloid.
Johnson, chosen by a landslide in December 2019, hopes to start Afresh’s new year, leaving the previous revelation from the launching street parties and claims for chronism and corruption.
Previous accusations encouraged him to appoint Sue Gray, another senior civil servant, to investigate.
His probe has now been widened to enter the latest accusations.
Meanwhile, the London metropolitan police said that they had been related to the cabinet office about the May 2020 meeting, increasing the possibility of a more serious criminal investigation.
