Johnson England left the reeling after Minister Brexit stopped

LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was left staggering on Sunday after Minister Brexit resigned, ending a difficult week where his conservative party suffered a shameful defeat in the general elections and members of the new Coronavirus parliament.
David Frost, trusted ally from the Prime Minister and former Brexit negotiator, sent his resignation letter on Saturday after a report that he would leave his cabinet post in January.
“It was very disappointing that this plan had become a public tonight and in a situation I thought it was right for me to write to retreat with direct effects,” he said in the letter, published by Johnson’s Downing Street Office.
Frost told Johnson that he had “worries about the direction of the current trip” about Coronavirus regulations and tax increases.
Johnson replied that he was “very sorry” to receive resignation, “Given all you have achieved and contributed to this government”.
The letter on Sunday has a frost of it handed over his resignation a week ago, but has been persuaded to remain in the new year.
Johnson has been shaken from the rebellion with 100 members of his parliament in parliamentary vote on the steps of Coronavirus and the loss of the disappearance of 23,000 majority in selection of by-elections.
It was partially blamed on many reports that his staff and his maid had the last Christmas party despite the virus limit at the time.
– ‘Running Out’ – Losses by Election for Conservative Johnson intensified speculation of leadership challenges.
Frost was recently second in the most popular poll held by Conservativehome, an influential blog read by Tories Grassroots which finally decided to replace Johnson.
Health Secretary Sajid Javid told Sky News on Sunday that Frost was “an extraordinary public servant”, added that “I understand the reason, he is a principled man, you know, the principles of resigning from the government.” Deputy leader of the Main Opposition Party Angela Rayner said the resignation showed “the government in total chaos.” @Borisjohnson is not ready with the job.
We deserve to get better than this clown, “he tweeted.
Conservative MP Andrew Bridgen warns Johnson is” running out of time and out of friends to fulfill the promises and disciplines of the true conservative government.
“Mr.
Frost has explained, 100 conservative backbenchers have explained it, but most importantly so people in the north of Shropshire,” he wrote on Twitter.
And Arlene Foster, who resigned as the first minister of Northern Ireland because of the post-brexit trade arrangement in the British region, said it had great implications.
“The resignation of the Lord Frost of the Cabinet is a big moment for the government but it is very large for those of us who believe they will give this,” he wrote on Twitter.
– ‘Point point’ – Frost told Johnson in his resignation letter: “I hope we will move as soon as possible to the place we need to convey to: low economy, low tax, entrepreneurship.” We also need to learn to live with Covid and I know it is your instincts too, “he said, in a clear reference to the new steps introduced by the government last week.” I hope we can immediately return to track and not tempted by the type of coercion steps.
We have seen elsewhere, “he added The resignation of the “brave” and “turning point in the history of this administration” in the editorial reacted to his departure.
Frost has been locked in talks for weeks above the Northern Ireland protocol, W which regulates trade between British British land, Scotland and Wales, and Northern Ireland, and with the European Union.
He mainly focuses on improving governance agreements, objections that the UE highest court in Luxembourg has strength over its implementation Rapa soften in its position in the role of the EU as a referee.
Frost, 56, was appointed as Johnson belonging to the EU “Sherpa” shortly after the British leader served in July 2019, and became the main trade negotiator after helping to complete a divorce agreement last year.
