LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Tuesday G7 agreed to their number one condition for the Taliban was the administration of secure engagement to Afghanistan who wanted to leave the country outside the deadline.
“The number one condition that we set as the G7 is that they must guarantee correctly, until August 31 and beyond the safe path for those who want to come out,” Johnson said after the virtual meeting of the emergency leaders of the leaders of the seven groups of the richest countries.
“Some of them will say that they did not accept it, some of them hoped to see that feeling, because the G7 had a very large, economic, diplomatic and political leverage.”
