Johnson UK to map post-locking life in the coming days

LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the “extra precautionary measure” which was not determined to contain the spread of pandemics will be needed in the coming weeks, even when he voiced confidence Thursday that the rest of the restrictions on social contact in the UK can be planned on July 19.
Infections in the UK increased sharply in recent weeks, with government figures showing 27,989 new cases in England on Thursday.
It was the highest level since late January.
During a visit to the Nissan car factory in the North Sunderland UK City, Johnson said he planned to express details about what would be seen during locking restrictions in the coming days.
Johnson said he was a hopeful life of going back “as close before Covid,” given the evidence that shows the vaccine reduces death despite increasing delta viral infection that is more contagious.
“But there may be some things we have to do, the extra precautions we have to take, but I’ll take it out,” he said.
Johnson admitted there was a big increase in positive cases in the UK, which had sparked fears that the government would not be able to push through the east of the next locking limit that would see legal limits on people who gathered at home and outside.
It is not clear what will happen to other rules about using masks and working from home, or how called the vaccine passport can be used to access the place.
Last month, Johnson delayed the next planned relaxation of the restrictions of Coronavirus in the UK with four weeks as a result of the spread of the Delta variant and millions of people more vaccinated against the virus.
Since then, cases have increased sharply, by 72% over the past seven days.
The hope is that the relationship between infection and those who need hospitalization and then dying have been damaged due to a rapid vaccine launch.
On Thursday, 67% of the British population had received at least one dose of a vaccine while 49% had two.
The latest analysis of the health of the British public shows that the two main doses of the British vaccine use very effective against hospitalization of Delta variants – 96% in the case of Pfizer-Bontech vaccines and 92% for AstraZeneca Jab.
Even though the number of people in the hospital and dying have cut down for the past few weeks, they have not risen at the same level as infection.
On Thursday, the government said 259 others had been hospitalized, with a total of 1,795, there was no place close to 40,000 levels recorded at the beginning of the year during the peak of the second surge.
The death rate related to the daily virus also remained relatively low at 22, taking total death to 128,162.
“It looks clearer that vaccination program, the speed of the vaccine launch, has violated the relationship between infection and mortality,” Johnson said.
“It gives us the scope, we think, on the 19th to continue.” Other parts of England – Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland – Following a plan similar to those in the UK.
