Angelina Jolie criticized a judge deciding custody agreements because of her and Brad Pitt’s kids throughout their divorce, stating in a court filing that the judge refused to let their children to testify.

Jolie, who has sought to disqualify Judge John Ouderkirk in the divorce situation, stated in the filing Monday he failed to hear proof she states is related to your children’s security and well-being before devoting a tentative judgment. The files are not elaborate on which proof might be.

Her newest filing states that the judge has”denied to listen to the little teenagers’ input regarding their own experiences, needs, or desires regarding their custody destiny,” mentioning a California code which states that a child 14 or more should be permitted to testify if they would like to.

Three of Jolie and Pitt’s six kids are teens, 17-year-old Pax, 16-year-old Zahara, along with 14-year-old Shiloh. The earliest, Maddox, is 19 and not subject to the prosecution choice. In addition they have 12-year-old twins, Vivienne and Knox.

In reaction to Jolie’s submitting, Pitt’s solicitors stated,”Ouderkirk has conducted a comprehensive proceeding within the last six months at a thorough, reasonable fashion and also reached a philosophical judgment and order following hearing experts and percipient witnesses”
